Day Twenty-Nine- Your definition of beauty.
My definition of beauty…hmm, this is kind of a hard one, let me think. Well I just want to start off by saying that I believe that everyone s beautiful in their own way. For example some girls are just drop dead gorgeous and so are some guys, but they aren’t very nice or whatever, and some gorgeous people are just the nicest people ever. While there are some people who have the most amazing personality and everyone instantly loves them, thats what makes them beautiful.
So I’d say I’d define beauty as…something unique or distinctly characteristic a person that sets them apart from others.

Here’s the thing…even f I did want a gap between my legs I know that it’s never going to happen. I am built like a 5’3 Hawaiian/Puerto Rican girl is built…muscular and curvy. I have a big butt, big thighs and muscular calfs. That’s just how I’m built. For that reason the thigh gap is not that bug of a deal for me. Honestly I’m thinking more Kim Kardasian and less Anne Hathaway.

Honestly I just try to keep myself busy and stay away from the TV. For what ever reason TV makes me want to eat everything in my fridge and snack drawer. Reading is probably my best way to refrain from over eating because I could literally be reading for hours and hours and hours and to me it only feels like maybe thirty minuets. So when I read I actually have to remind myself to check the clock every so often and eat.

Prom. I just want to look back at my prom pictures and be able to be like wow. This is how it all started my weight loss journey my desire to better my health and fitness. That is what is the most exciting thing.

So the past few days I haven’t really been on track with my diet. I kind of went crazy today and at like a shit ton of Oreo’s with marshmallow fluff. On the positive side I’ve lost like 2.5 inches on my waist :) I hope my lack of exercise doesn’t effect me too much.
